Show Your Moves with a Kia EV6

Promo Mechanics

1. Promo Period is from November 23 to December 6, 2024

2. The promo is open to all customers who will test drive a Kia EV6 at any Kia authorized dealerships. They must be Philippine residents, 18 years and above, with valid non-professional driver’s license.

3. All customers who will test drive the Kia EV6 will get a chance to win a trip to Australia and tickets to watch the Australia Open 2025 on January 13 and 14, 2025 (Round 1 Matches).

4. All Kia EV6 test drive customers may earn raffle entries via the following:

a. After test driving the Kia EV6, they must register via google form forms.gle/eMn5w5wwi4wu4kPZ6 to earn one (1) raffle entry

b. An additional one (1) raffle entry will be earned if a customer posts their vehicle experience on social media during the promo duration using hashtags #ShowYourMoveswithKia #AustralianOpen2025withKia and tag Kia Philippines Facebook page and/or Instagram page.

• They must register again via google form forms.gle/eMn5w5wwi4wu4kPZ6.

• Social Media Platforms included are Facebook and Instagram.

• Posts must be set to public.

c. Test drive must be verified by Kia Philippines within the campaign period.

5. Deadline for submission of entries is on December 6, 2024 at 11:59pm.

6. All qualified customers must register their entry via google form forms.gle/eMn5w5wwi4wu4kPZ6 with the following information:

i. Model

ii. Assigned Dealer

iii. Date

iv. Full Name

v. Contact Number

vi. Email address

vii. Mailing Address

viii. Social Media Handle (indicate N/A if not applicable)

ix. Link to the post (indicate N/A if not applicable)

7. Prize: 1 winner of a trip for two to Australia and tickets to watch the Australian Open in January 13-14, 2025. Inclusions are:

• Round-trip tickets for two (2) to Australia via Economy Class. Flight must be from January 12 to 15, 2025 only.

• 4D/3N hotel accommodation stay in a top hotel.

• Australian Open Match Tickets for two (2). Tickets are from January 13 and 14, 2025 (Round 1 Matches).

• Kia transportation will be provided during the stay (airport transfer to and from hotel and to and from hotel to Australian Open venue).

• Kia Philippines will be responsible for any travel-related expenses like taxes, surcharges, or visa application fees.

8. Winner will be notified via registered mail, SMS and email.

9. Names will be posted on Kia Philippines Social Media Pages (Facebook and Instagram).

10. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by: KP Motors Corporation.

11. Determination of Winners:

• Winner selection will be via electronic raffle draw which will be held on: December 9, 2024.

• Venue: ACMo Office 38th St. corner 9th ave, City Center, BGC, Taguig.

• Digital draw to be done in the presence of a DTI representative.

• DTI representative to check the winning entry registered on the google form.

12. To claim the prize, winners must present:

• Winner may claim his/her prize at ACMobility Head office at 932 28th street corner 9th ave, BGC.

• Prizes validity: Winners must redeem their prize from December 11-19, 2024.

• The prizes are transferable to immediate family members and not convertible to cash.

• Winner must present at least two (2) Valid IDs upon claiming of prize.

• If claiming through an authorized representative, they must present an authorization letter, and notification letter of winning sent via registered mail, and 2 valid IDs.

• Prizes should be claimed within the redemption period from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Kia Philippines with prior approval of DTI.

13. Terms and Conditions:

• Content submitted as entries may be reshared by Kia Philippines with proper credit to the creator and his social media account.

• Post of the winning raffle entry on Facebook, Instagram should still be up at the time of the draw.

• Social Media post should be set to public display.

14. Who are Disqualified to Join:

Employees of promoting agency (KP Motors Corporation), Advertising Agency (Optimax) and participating Kia dealerships including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
